This fall the St. Ignatius Wildcat
Rowing Club heads off another
prospective season. In the fall,
crew does not operate as a school
sponsored sport, but instead the
dedicated crew team rows as a
club, the Wildcat Rowing Club.
The first regatta will take place,
on our home course, at the
mighty Head of the Cuyahoga on
the Cuyahoga River. Competitions
will be held in Columbus and
Pittsburgh as well. One boat will
journey to Boston to race in the
largest regatta in the world, the
Head of the Charles. Crew anticipates
another great season,
hoping to carry their momentum
into the spring so that they may,
yet again, win the Midwest
Championship and a day off of
school (if granted).
