Meeting Notes 2/18 and 3/24 February 18th Meeting and March 24 Forums February 18 and March 24 Forum at Lucky's; Attending Steve Finegold, Desiree Schmitt, Eric Wahl, Doug Copeland, Kim Hanan (3/24), Jeff Deasy (3/24), Jacob Lang (3/24), Ryan Weitzel (3/24). As we begin our second year, we would like suggestions to begin creating a list of possible projects for community comment and set priorities, anticipate funding requirements. We have April 7 as a ship date for our Tech Soup order; we need volunteers to help set up sites and laptops after the equipment arrives. Desiree has been very busy with our councilman, park department and contractors getting wifi into the Lincoln Park renovation project. Twifi has agreed to fund the DSL line(s) needed for the anticipated access points; Desiree and Joe Cimperman have kept this project going with very time-critical issues threatening to stop it. With their efforts, we seem to have a workable plan for sharing the cost of getting Twifi into the park this summer. Submitted by Doug Copeland
