Meeting Notes 1/14 January 14 forum meeting at Lucky's, attending Steve Finegold, Desiree Schmitt, Walter Wright, Steve Goldberg, Paul Tuttle (Interfaith Hospitality Network @ Pilgrim Church), Eric Wahl (co-chair, Central Tremont Blockclub), Bill Callahan, Doug Copeland We will need help when Tech Soup packages arrive, especially configuring the 10+ laptops. Eric Wahl thinks wifi in Lincoln Park should be high priority for Twifi. Bill Callahan said that Ideastream (WVIZ, WCPN, Plain Dealer) is exploring using surplus bandwidth to serve community based networks; Twifi could be a prime candidate. We need to attend, join, and participate in organizations like One Cleveland, Ideastream, and other groups to be visible and attract opportunities for growth. Website is not getting upgraded by St Ignatiaus computer club; maybe Ohio City Bike Co-op would be interested. Submitted by Doug Copeland
