The Dave Matthews Band is a must-see concert this summer. Their mix of just about any instrument you can think of produces a unique sound that makes every live performance an excellent time. Keller Williams has recently been signed to replace the Robert Randolph Band for the opening act.

Kenny Chesney and Rascal Flatts:

If you are a country fan, this is the concert to see this summer. It’s still the perfect entertainment for any country loving, cowboy hat wearing guy. With the two best country acts as the headliners, it’s a guaranteed good time. Y’all be sure to bring your cowboy hats.

Jimmy Buffet
When: July 1 @ 7:30 P.M.
Where: Blossom Music Center, Cuyahoga Falls
Tickets: On sale now
Price: $36-$95
Jimmy Buffet is probably the best entertainer in the business today. If you’re not a “Parrot Head,” you should become one. His mix of country, reggae, and everything in between is a musical experience. Although he generally draws an older crowd, this summer concert would definitely be enjoyed by all ages. Remember to bring your leis.

OAR/Matt Nathanson/ Howie Day/Virginia Coalition and many more
When: Noon Saturday, July 31
Where: Tower City Amphitheater
Tickets: On sale now
Price: $27.50- $32
Representing The Ohio State University, OAR will be part of one of the best live performances of the Cleveland summer lineup. Ever since the addition of a saxophone player after their first album, their “island vibe roots rock” has only been getting better and better. Also this festival will bring several other great bands including Virginia Coalition and The Clarks.
Aerosmith/ Cheap Trick
When: 7:30 p.m. Monday, June 28
Where: Blossom Music Center
Tickets: On sale now
Prices: $30/ $65/ $85
Thanks to multi-vitamins and Metamucil, these aging rockers could still put on one of the more entertaining performances of the summer. Cheap Trick is still entertaining fans from the days of the Top Gun soundtrack.

Piebald/Spitalfield/the Format/ the Jealous Sound
When: 8 p.m.
Where: Grog Shop
Tickets: On sale now
Price: $10 in advance; $12 at the door
This concert brings several good bands, most notably Piebald. Their sound ranges from emocore to acoustic rock featuring harmonica. Although they broke up in 1999, they are now back and proving to everyone that they haven’t forgotten how to rock.

Tsunami Bomb/ Lawrence Arms/ Pipedown/ Scattered Fall
When: 7 p.m.
Where: Tuesday, August 3rd
Tickets: On sale now
Price: $12
The main act, Tsunami Bomb, matches the female lead vocalist with high energy punk rock. Even better than that is Lawrence Arms whose sound is a seemingly impossible blend of melodic rough, aggressive pop punk.Several other acts will be coming to the thriving Cleveland night life, and many promise an amazing experience. However, several that should defintly be avoided are The Darkness, and Hanson. Also don’t forget about the And 1 Mixtape Tour.
